Good Vibes Red Clay Powder Review

Clays have always been my absolute favourite when it comes to masking. For oily to combination skin, a clay mask is a boon as it helps absorb the extra oil from the skin and helps keep your skin feeling fresh for a good amount of time. Recently with red clay being a super hyper clay mask, I thought of why not try one red clay mask and thus got this Red Clay Powder from Good Vives and hence will be sharing my opinion about the product with you all.

Good Vibes Red Clay Powder Review

My Opinion about the Good Vibes Red Clay Powder:

I have always loved Multani Mitty masks and it has really helped my skin a lot. When got
this mask, I was under the impression that this mask would also be quite similar to Multani mitti, and yes, I was right. the after-ueffect of applying this mask is quite similar to the Multani mitti mask. This mask helps control facial oil and helps keep skin smooth and fresh. But the drawback of this one is that when you are washing it, it becomes a mess with its red color and most importantly, the reddish tinge stays on your skin even after washing off the mask. If you use a toner after washing this mask off, you will see that light reddish tinge on your cotton pad which is the color residue of this one.

Packaging:

The powder comes in a cute transparent jar with a nice golden cap.

Consistency and Fragrance:

It is a brick-red powder with a very very mild but nice fragrance.

Pros of the Good Vibes Red Clay Powder:

  • It helps control oil and is a good one for oily and combination skin
  • This one is super reasonably priced
  • This one is paraben and sulphate-free
  • Can be used for hair as well (for those who have oily hair and an oily scalp)

Cons of the Good Vibes Red Clay Powder

  • I really don’t like the mess it creates when you wash it by creating brick-red stains in places
My Rating: 3.5/5

It works quite similar to the Multani mitti mask or even the bentonite clay mask, and hence, for the mess it creates, I doubt that I won’t be repurchasing it again!
